Blackbelt Poker won the APAT UK Team Championship at the Genting Club, Stoke, from 1-2 February 2014.<\/p>\n
Blackbelt saw off competition from 29 other teams to take the crown in the 240-player, two-day deepstack event.<\/p>\n
Individual honours went to the Gambling Network Forum’s Rob Hallworth, who triumphed in his heads-up battle with Nick Mazur (Blackbelt Poker). With team positions already secured, there was all to play for with the individual results having a \u00a36,000 prize fund alongside the coveted APAT gold, silver and bronze medals.\u00a0 Glen Hopley (Live Pub Poker League) departed in bronze medal position.<\/p>\n
In the team event Frome Poker Group secured bronze, with The Hendon Mob picking up the silver medal spot.<\/p>\n
