\nand a total prize pool of \u00a340,255, with satellite-winner Mike Lee turning his \u00a340 entry fee into a win with the ladies.<\/p>\n
Lee pocketed \u00a36,800 after a three-hour heads-up battle when his pocket queens held against Paul Romain’s AJ. Lee overturning a 2.5m to 1.6m chip disadvantage at the start of heads-up play to take the Classic crown.<\/p>\n
But, having agreed a deal six-handed, Romain took home the lion’s share of the money… a tidy \u00a38,000. Charles Akadiri and Paul Zimbler also dealt at the right time bagging \u00a34,880 and \u00a34,000 respectively for fifth and sixth place. James Koumis finished third for \u00a33,800 and George Evans fourth for \u00a33,500.<\/p>\n
