Organisers of the DeepStacks Poker Tour have decided to host a stop in London for the first time later this year.

Having established itself in the United States as a mid-stakes poker festival focusing on value and world-class structures, the DeepStacks Poker Tour feels the time is right to increase its global footprint with a stop in the UK's capital.

The inaugural DeepStacks Poker Tour London will take place from 22-26 October 2014 at the Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford City and will feature a £650 buy-in main event.

“Our growth has led to an increased demand from the international poker community for DeepStacks Poker Tour events,” said DeepStacks Poker Tour chief executive officer Chris Torina. “Our goal has always been to increase our global footprint in key strategic markets like the United Kingdom.”
