Terence Etim became the first player to win a Grosvenor 25/25 Series event in 2014 when he beat a field of more than 350 runners to claim the Blackpool leg, beating Jason Barton heads-up. After two previous days of action, the final table played out on Sunday, 5 January, with the last six remaining doing a deal to split the prize. The first four players that were knocked out, Phil Pearson, Lee Tatters, James Colley and Howard Plant, cashed for £7,000 each. Etim and Barton both taking home £11,000.
